Dear Patients,
In line with current Scottish Government advice, to help slow and delay the spread of COVID-19 infections, our appointments will be predominantly by telephone. You can be seen face to face, if you and the GP or nurse decide it is the right action for you following an initial telephone assessment. To book a telephone consultation, please phone 0131 557 5545. The telephone lines are very busy. Please be patient and we will get to you as soon as we can.
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, you will be advised to follow the most up to date guidance.
Please DO NOT come into the Surgery with requests for repeat medication. Requests can be made via Patient Access (pin number can be obtained by calling reception), by post or can be submitted through your local Pharmacy.
Please DO NOT come into the Surgery to collect prescriptions. Please indicate on your request which Pharmacy you wish to collect from.
If you have a urine sample, a letter, prescription or sick line request, please post it through the letter box. Samples must be posted before 12 noon. The letter box is checked regularly throughout the day.

Practice staff will ask you for some general information to help you to see or speak to the most appropriate person in the practice. This may not always be with a doctor, but may be another member of the health care team. pharmacists, mental health nurses, physiotherapists, general practice nurses, or advanced nurse practitioners may be available to help.
