You<\/em>&nbsp;<em>can be seen face to face, if you and the GP or nurse decide it is the right action for you following an initial telephone assessment. To book a telephone consultation, please phone&nbsp;<\/em><em>0131 557 5545.&nbsp;The telephone lines are very busy. Please be patient and we will get to you as soon as we can.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, you will be advised to follow the most up to date guidance.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please DO NOT come into the Surgery with requests for repeat medication. Requests can be made via&nbsp;Patient Access (pin number can be obtained by calling reception), by post or can be submitted through your local Pharmacy.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please&nbsp;<\/em><em>DO NOT come into the Surgery to collect prescriptions. Please indicate on your request which Pharmacy you wish to collect from.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If you have a urine sample, a letter, prescription or sick line request, please post it through the letter box. Samples must be posted before 12 noon.
